About C.A.R.E.

Creative Arts Repertoire Ensemble, Inc. (C.A.R.E.) is a non profit organization dedicated to the support and growth of dance in Michigan. C.A.R.E. was founded in 1992 with express purpose of providing performances in all types of dance, including productions for educational institutions both in the school setting as well as the performance hall. C.A.R.E. encourages, promotes and assists young artists by providing performance opportunities, knowledge of technical staging, and positive dance experience while concentrating on the dancer as a whole.

C.A.R.E. presents three public performances at St. Cecilia Music Center each season. The performances introduce families to dance by presenting condensedphoto courtesy: Gayla Fox Photography versions of full length ballets with an invitation to meet the cast on stage following the performance. This season's performances included The Pied Piper of Hamelin,  Twas the Night Before Christmas, and Romeo and Juliet. See information on current performances and member profiles.

C.A.R.E. also tours with performances in schools and at festivals throughout West Michigan, as well as participates in joint ventures with other organizations like Grand Rapids Civic Theatre.
